NHF is not a direct lender and does not provide nor accept loan applications to or from potential borrowers. NHF Participating Lenders provide potential borrowers with loan applications, applicable fees and APRs.

Program updates are provided to Participating Lenders in the form of Lender Alerts. They are intended for use by Mortgage Professionals (i.e. lenders, brokers and real estate professionals) only, and issued on an as needed basis on behalf of NHF administered loan programs and program sponsors. - Lender Alerts are program specific and contain information about program updates, guideline changes, product enhancements, upcoming training events, and other relevant topics.
