Marketing literature for Mortgage Professionals

National Homebuyers Fund, Inc. (NHF) does not promote nor market housing programs directly to potential homebuyers. Instead, we assist participating lenders with advertising loan programs by providing marketing literature such as brochures and flyers.

Available literature

Visit the Program Index to view available materials and applicable marketing guidelines by program. (Materials may not be available on all programs.) Literature is developed on behalf of, and in coordination with, the sponsoring agency to ensure the best fit for the specific program.

  




how to use marketing templates

Flyers and brochures are available in PDF format for ease of printing. They are also intentionally designed with a blank area for the mortgage professionals to add their own contact information. Many mortgage professionals choose to attach a business card or address label in the blank space provided once they have printed the materials.
