About Second Mortgage Programs |
CHF ACCESS is designed to provide a Second Mortgage in conjunction with a First Mortgage, in order to assist qualifying homebuyers with their downpayment and/or closing costs when purchasing a home.

Participation REquirements
The program is currently available exclusively through First Mortgage Corporation (FMC), wholesale and retail divisions.
Mortgage brokers interested in participating in CHF ACCESS are directed to contact the appropriate FMC Wholesale Office to obtain information and/or a broker application package.
