Participation REquirements

In order to participate, Lenders must establish and maintain a Correspondent Lender status with the Program Servicer, Bank of America, and complete and return the following documents to CHF:

Marketing Assistance

The following marketing materials are for CHF Participating Lenders to use when promoting the Platinum Program. They are in pdf template format with input fields for adding contact info.

By downloading the following materials, you are identifying yourself as a CHF Participating Lender for the CHF Platinum Progam and agreeing to abide by the CHF Marketing Guidelines.

NHF does not promote nor market this program directly to potential homebuyers. Instead, we assist participating lenders with advertising loan programs by providing marketing literature such as brochures and flyers. Learn more…
